When you booted the server and the PV124T did you let the PV124T come to a ready state before you booted the server? What you need to do is to make sure that the PV124T is powered on & at an idle states before the server can be powered on. Also you need to confirm that the PV124T is set to Random mode & not Sequential mode. You can tell this from the front panel if it say RND then it is in random mode. If it states that it is in SEQ then it is in sequential mode. If in random mode I would try & reboot the server with the PV124T in an idle state and run the scan to see if it picks it up as it seems that the sas card didn’t see the PV124T in Bios post.
