Jumbo frames on MD3200i

Hi, I am trying to configure Jumbo frames on my MD3200i. I have increased the jumbo frames to 9000 in the storage management interface for all NICs and have set my switch to use Jumbo frames but when I go to Windows 2012 the options for jumbo frames on the NIC are 4088 or 9014, which is obviously bigger than the 9000 on the MD3200i.

My question is, which setting should I use? My understanding is that a mismatch of the Jumbo frame size will cause more problems than it solves, is this correct?
