I've lost the ability to connect to the web interface on a Powervault TL 4000. The settings on the front panel are correct and I'm accessing it in browsers with the correct IP address. I've done some config changes on the device and the server, but don't think any of these would prevent directly connecting to it via IP.
I've tried changing the IP address (and rebooting), using a new network cable in a new port on the network switch, and tried accessing the interface on the host and other machines. Other than buying another network card for the machine I am out of ideas.
It's connected to a Windows Server 2003 64-bit via SCSI and the backup software is able to use the drive normally.
Does anyone have any tips?
