Hi All,
I have recently purchased a second hand MD3600i Storage Array, and I am trying to reset the array configuration with no success.
I have tried to connect via the serial interface but I am unable to get into the base configuration. It does not receive a break command to bypass the start-up, I have tried a direct serial port connection and also a USB Serial connection with multiple applications;
Send <BREAK> for Service Interface or baud rate change
So is there any other way of getting this to respond or is there a certain key sequence to get this to break?
Second question is there any way of knowing which interface is what on Controller 0 or 1 as the configuration seems to show an IPv6 address on start-up which does not help me in an IPv4 configuration. I need to identify which interface is the management interface on controller 0

Any help would be appreciated as I would like to get this working asap.
