Hello Stimpy555,
If using the serial came that comes with the MD3600i the setting of 115200-8-n-1 should let you in. If you are using the usb serial adapter then you need to change the settings to 9600-8-n-1. It should attempt to connect & if you hit the space bar it should verify the setting are correct to access the controller and if not then it should adjust them automatically if using Putty. If you are still not able to gain access via serial then there is no other to get into the unit.
