After reviewing the support bundle it looks like those errors are from the past disk failure. You will need to run the following commands and then update the firmware on the controllers up to the latest revision.
smcli -n <insertname> -p <passwordifthereisone> -c "clear allPhysicalDisks channel stats;"
smcli -n <insertname> -p <passwordifthereisone> -c "set physicalDiskChannel [1/2] status=online;"
