Dell MD3000i - Contoller Module 1 Stopped working, I think

I think I lost Controller Module 1 on my MD3000i.  I am not familiar with these devices and I donb't want to mess them up.  I don't have spare parts.  Is there any way to see if I can get the Controller Module 1 working again?  The Module is NOT Offline.  I can ping the out of band management NIC, but I cannot display the IP information iSCSI network settings for Port 0 and Port 1.

Controller Module 0 is operating at this time, but without Controller 1 I lose redundancy.
