POWERVAULT MD1000 AND 12TH GENERATION SERVERS

Is the PowerVault MD1000 compatible with 12th generation Dell PowerEdge servers such as the r520?

If so, can I install a Dell perc 6/e controller in a Dell 12th generation server?

Anything else to be aware of?
