I've got a Dell PowerVault TL2000 tape library which is reporting the following error:
robotic lane blocked - if error remains contact user service, error during second slider movement
Code: 8D 43
A reboot doesn't fix it, the unit is well outside of hardware warranty but I'm wondering if anyone knows what I might be able to do to fix this? Sounds like maybe a tape is jammed or something but I can't eject the magazine while it's in this state so see what's going on. Any ideas?
