I recently upgraded to this firmware and have had some serious headaches.
During the upgrade process one of my controllers failed to upgrade and went into SOD lockdown, after bringing it out of lockdown via shell, it attempted to upgrade again and worked.
I have now had the entire SAN fall over, seemingly during a LUN resize operation on a mission critical server. After more diagnostics, finding that my primary controller was bricked and my secondary was awaiting cache retrieval from my primary before coming out of SOD suspend during failover. When I finally managed to get things up and running again, said server was dead and required a DR restore. However, as the SAN fell over during the operation, my entire disk group has now failed, and apparently needs to be deleted and recreated (19 luns, entire server estate, complete nightmare scenario). I now have to live migrate everything over to a different disk group, but I have now seen a number of users reporting problems live migrating vhdx disks due to ODX being enabled on the MD3200i on the latest firmware?
Could we have an explanation as to why this firmware is no longer available on Dell's site, and any recovery steps, either to mitigate any future problems, or rolling back to stable firmware?
