MD3000i critical alert (optimal wide port)

Hi,

Yesterday I received Critical Alert Messages from our MD3000i. The were several messages reporting the following errors:

-Optimal wide port becomes degraded (event error code 1706)

-Optimal wide port becomes degraded (1706)

-Degraded wide port becomes failed (1707)

When I ran MDStorageManager, the RAID's status is listed as optimal, I don't see any signs of anything being wrong.

Any ideas of what's going on? Anything else I can check or anything that needs to be done in response to these alerts?
