I reviewed the snapshot that you sent over & wasn’t able to see an issues that would prevent the ML from upgrading the firmware. At this point there is a hardware issue. Normally if under warranty we would replace the LCB & CF card as that would be the where the issue should be. But just to let you know that it could also be an issue with the command module as well but is best to replace the LCB & CF first & if it still was failing to upgrade then we would replace the CM if still under warranty.
